●脫水力，顯著降烘干時(shí)間，減少能耗：350G脫水率洗脫機(jī)，脫后布草含水率將于55，從而可降烘干能耗和熨平能耗，對(duì)于槽式熨平機(jī)可減少一個(gè)預(yù)烘干的程序，從而減輕工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度機(jī)節(jié)省烘干時(shí)間。
●震動(dòng)量：采用新利技術(shù)，利號(hào)為201210308696.5，使布草均布后的偏心度減小，降了機(jī)器的震動(dòng)。
